WHO WE ARE!

Lakewood Church on the Ranch is a fellowship of believers looking to make an impact for Jesus Christ not only in the Sarasota-Bradenton community, but globally.  We are committed to "doing life" together, but also to training and facilitating God's people to take their faith to the streets and to the world.  Young and old join to make an eternal impact through organized outreaches to the homeless, orphaned, abused, and suffering.

Jesus trusted us with a huge task...to "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you..." - Matthew 28:19-20.  Fortunately, He did not leave it at that...He said, "And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."! He left us with instructions and the ability, through Him, to carry them out.   The Bible is our blueprint for life and we believe it is absolutely necessary to teach it, learn it, and live it.
